Health Champion training session – only FOUR places left
PLEASE NOTE AS OF 15 MAY WE ONLY HAVE FOUR PLACES LEFT FOR THE WISBECH SESSION – BOOK QUICKLY
In order to achieve Healthy Living Pharmacy (HLP) level one status you must have at least one full-time equivalent health champion as part of your pharmacy team.
We have organised training sessions in order for this criteria to be met. Places for these free sessions will be given on a first come, first served basis. We will be limiting bookings to one full time equivalent member of staff per pharmacy— so you can either book for one full time or two part-time staff members.
A multiple choice assessment will be held at the end of the session and this will need to be passed before receiving the accreditation
All sessions will run from 9.30am—4.30pm, all venues will be confirmed soon. Lunch will be provided.

As we will be running these events free of charge we will charge £40 per person if you book a place but fail to turn up without notifying us beforehand. When booking your place, please state that you are aware of this.
