After many years of service Rita Bali is retiring so we’re recruiting for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to guide our LPC through an important period of change and to support Pharmacy Contractors and teams building on the strong local relationships developed over the years.

Community Pharmacy Cambridgeshire and Peterborough represents 140 pharmacies and is currently aligned with the ICB boundary. From April 2026 Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICB will merge to form the Central East ICB which will cover, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes and Hertfordshire.

This part-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary and hybrid working arrangements.  Candidates should ideally be a registered pharmacist, have strong community pharmacy and NHS knowledge, excellent relationship management skills, and resilience.  We are looking for an energetic, collaborative, influential senior leader with relevant expertise and experience.

Consideration will be given to pharmacist candidates without direct community pharmacy experience who demonstrate an understanding of national and local healthcare and a willingness to learn, or other registered healthcare professionals with relevant community pharmacy experience.
