From 1st October 2025 the PGDs and Clinical Pathways for Pharmacy First have been updated. Visit our Pharmacy First page for a link to the updated documents and a side by side comparison showing the changes to the clinical pathways. SystmOne, used by most of the GP practices in our area, can now send referrals directly in to the pharmacy clinical IT platform in the same way as NHS111.
