DMS
The Discharge Medicines Service (DMS) became a new Essential service within the Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework (CPCF) on 15th February 2021. Find out more about the service on the PSNC website
To provide the DMS you must complete the CPPE DoC for the service. As with all DoC frameworks this should be reviewed at least every two years.
CLAIMING
All completed DMS need to be entered on to MYS at the end of each month. This guide may be helpful. Make sure you enter the correct hospital information.
