DMS

The Discharge Medicines Service (DMS) became a new Essential service within the Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework (CPCF) on 15th February 2021. Find out more about the service on the PSNC website

To provide the DMS you must complete the CPPE DoC for the service. As with all DoC frameworks this should be reviewed at least every two years.
