This is the main website, and you can select the children or adult board, you will then see a tab on the left of the screen that says “Report a safeguarding concern”
This contains a link to the referral form and also the threshold document which outlines what are the thresholds for concern regarding safeguarding. This really is a very helpful document for considering the issues for safeguarding, eg consent etc.
