Community Pharmacy Cambridgeshire & Peterborough represents all community pharmacies in the area. On this website you will find a wealth of information about the local services community pharmacies provide as well as news about upcoming activities and events.
From 1st December 2023 the service includes both on-going and initiation of supply.
The Pharmacy First Service launched on 31st January 2024. Pharmacists can give advice and treatment for seven common conditions without the need to see a GP.
From 1st December 2023, suitably trained and competent pharmacy staff (pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and other non-registered members of the pharmacy team) can provide the service.
Come along to our annual Community Pharmacy Update Event and hear from new local GPhC Inspector Reena Saini. There will also be a local NHS update and a presentation on using automation in your pharmacy. The event will start with our AGM at 7pm with buffet and networking from 6.15pm. The evening will close with the presentation of our annual awards. The winners will be presented with a certificate and an edible prize!

Delivering Locally Commissioned Services can help to increase the turnover of your pharmacy. You should consider offering as many of the available services as you can.
