From June 2021 pharmacies can submit requests directly to Stericycle. Requests can be made for:
- Additional bins
- Change in collection frequency
- Ad hoc collections
- Additional items
Requests should be emailed to SupportUK@STERICYCLE.com and must include the Stericycle account number.
You must copy in england.pharmacyeast@nhs.net as they will need to approve the request.
