Returned medicines
From December 2021 collections of returned medicines will be managed by Anenta Ltd.
From April 2025 the ICS has commissioned Mitie Ltd to provide the collections but all queries should continue be directed to Anenta.
All pharmacies were asked to register their details with Anenta. If you haven’t done this instructions are in the below reminder document
