Sexual health services

Currently the only Sexual Health service available to pharmacies in Cambridgeshire is the Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC) service which allows you to provide EHC to women free of charge. As part of this service you will be offering advice on good sexual health. Women under 25 can be provided with a chlamydia testing kit to take away.

If you are not providing this service, you can signpost patients using this list – Pharmacies delivering EHC Cambs March 24

The chlamydia test and treat service was decommissioned at the end of March 2023. Chlamydia test kits should continue to be handed out as part of the EHC service.
