Sexual health services
Currently the only Sexual Health service available to pharmacies in Peterborough is the Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC) service which allows you to provide EHC to women free of charge. As part of this service you will be offering advice on good sexual health. Women under 25 can be provided with a chlamydia testing kit to take away.

All pharmacists delivering this service must complete the following:
- CPPE online training Emergency Hormonal Contraception
- CPPE online training Safeguarding
- CPPE online training Patient Group Directions
- CPPE Declaration of Competence – Emergency Contraception
- Read and sign the PGDs
- Maintain clinical knowledge appropriate to their practice as part of CPD requirements
- Hold current DBS clearance
