About Us
Community Pharmacy Cambridgeshire and Peterborough (also known as your Local Pharmaceutical Committee or LPC) are the local voice for all community pharmacies in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. We represent and support our pharmacies in a number of ways:
- communicating regularly to pharmacies about key issues
- promoting community pharmacy with other local healthcare groups
- helping develop new local pharmaceutical services
We are a partially elected body with eleven committee members that reflect the makeup of the profession in community pharmacy. We have 5 CCA representatives and 5 independent contractor representatives and 1 representing IPA.
Our website is designed to be a reference source for our community pharmacies as well as somewhere where you can find out more about our news and events. We welcome feedback on our website and all other aspects of our work so please feel free to get in touch – Operations Team – Cambridgeshire & Peterborough
The work of Community Pharmacy Cambridgeshire and Peterborough is not for profit, with our funding coming via a small levy on each pharmacy Contractor. We are not primarily a patient-facing organisation, and so unfortunately cannot routinely respond to queries from members of the public.
