Business Continuity Plans

Don’t forget that it is a mandatory requirement for all pharmacy owners to have a business continuity plan for a temporary suspension of service (closure) due to illness or other reason beyond their control, and to action this when necessary. Make sure your plan includes arrangements for how you will communicate with patients,local pharmacies, surgeries and other relevant stakeholders especially if you are unable to access your premises.
