Workforce Survey – deadline 14th November

This is a mandatory contractual requirement and all pharmacies must complete the survey by 14th November 2026.

In some pharmacies this is completed by Head Office, so if you’re unsure check with your line manager.

The data will be collected via an online survey which can be accessed by logging into the NHSBSA’s Manage Your Service (MYS) portal.
