Campaign Resources
Digital Pharmacy – Request with Ease

4th March 2026 – 17th March 2026

All materials are hosted nationally. You do not need to create or print bespoke items; you can use the following digital assets or print the standard toolkits from:

Digital Pharmacy – Track your Prescription

18th March 2026 – 31st March 2026

As above and:

What your Pharmacy needs to do

  1.   Display Materials: Display at least one poster per campaign in a prominent public-facing area (e.g., counter or window).
  2.   Digital Promotion: If your pharmacy has a social media presence or digital TV screens, use the provided assets to promote the NHS App features.
  3.   Proactive Signposting: At the point of collection of medication, briefly signpost patients to the App:

o “Ordering via the App is the safest way to ensure your GP gets your request instantly.”
o “Did you know you can track exactly when your medicine is ready for collection on the NHS App?”

We know that some pharmacy PMR systems may not yet have implemented the tracking functionality. We encourage all pharmacies to continue highlighting and promoting this feature to patients. This campaign is as much about preparing and empowering patients for future capabilities as it is about immediate functionality.

Record Keeping

As participation in these campaigns are contractual and mandatory, please ensure you keep a brief record of your participation (e.g., a photo of your display), as evidence. You can find full details of this campaign in email PHA1097 sent on 26 February. If you have any queries contact the ICB Primary Care Team at cpicb.primarycare@nhs.net
