Smartcards

Our local Registration Authority (RA) is:

NHS Arden and GEM CSU
email – agcsu.ra@nhs.net or for urgent issues call 0300 123 10 20 (use RA option)

Contact the RA if you require a new smartcard, require SCR access at additional sites or you are having issues with your current smartcard.
